    •    Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Delays

Incorrect Address

    •    We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

    •    Sparkle Crown Kids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages

    •    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
