If something isn’t quite right, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns

    •    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

    •    Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

    •    Items showing signs of wear, washing, stains, or odors cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

    •    Sale or clearance items

    •    Personalized or custom-made items

    •    Accessories (if applicable)

How to Start a Return

    1.    Email us at Sparklecrownkidd@gmail.com with:

    •    Order number

    •    Item(s) you want to return

    •    Reason for return

    2.    We’ll reply with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

    •    Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified.

    •    Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

    •    We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

    •    If you need a different size or style, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

    •    Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    •    Include photos of the item and packaging
